Which pathway suits me?

Choosing support can sometimes feel difficult, particularly when you know something needs to change but are unsure what approach would feel most helpful.

Both pathways offer different models of support and are designed around different needs and goals.

Psychotherapeutic Counselling Pathway (PCP) may suit you if you are looking for space to explore emotions, understand patterns and focus on therapeutic change.

Psychosocial Recovery Intervention Pathway (PRIP) may suit you if you are looking for a more structured and practical approach focused on recovery, functioning and meaningful movement forward.

Meet the Founder

Mudya Faisal
Trainee Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Qualified Mental Health Social Worker

With over 10 years of experience working within psychiatry, my work has always been grounded in the importance of human connection, relationships and meaningful change.

Alongside my background in mental health social work, training in psychotherapeutic counselling has shaped an approach that values both emotional understanding and the relational aspects of support.

At the centre of Sitara is a simple belief: meaningful change often develops through feeling understood, supported and working collaboratively toward something different.
